Tesla 300's and 310's are vented to the inside (one amongst several reasons they're awesome). The 300's have a 195mm ID, the 310's I haven't measured.

Thanks. I see it very clearly now 
(I believe for all my cars, different brands, I've never dealt with any disc vented to the outside)
